Emily graduated from the College of St. Benedict and St. John’s University in 2019 with a bachelor’s in nutrition and dietetics. She then went on to complete her Dietetic Internship with St. Cloud Hospital & CentraCare facilities, to become a Registered Dietitian. Emily has worked in multiple areas of the health and wellness industry since starting her college career and has had a long-standing passion for nutrition and overall wellness, which she loves to share with others. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, traveling to new beaches/ warmer places with family and friends, attending concerts, and making new recipes!
